Policy for Joe's High Quality Detailing and Pressure Washing Services

Refund Policy:

Once services have begun, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are available for cancellations made before services commence, excluding non-refundable deposits.
Non-refundable deposits may be refunded if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking. All deposits will be credited towards the total service cost.
Deposit Requirement:

A 25% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Pre-Inspection Requirement:

Customers must complete a pre-inspection of their vehicle and/or property prior to the commencement of services to ensure clear communication and expectations.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

If a customer is unsatisfied with the service provided, Joe's High Quality Detailing will gladly redo the service or attempt to rectify any issues. Please note that while we strive for perfection, Joe's High Quality Detailing cannot guarantee 100% perfection. Our team will make every effort to restore your vehicle to its best possible condition.
